Project iM@S
THE iDOLM@STER MASTER BOX II
Yay~ Today my iDOLM@STER MASTER BOX II arrived! Much like the previous MASTER BOX I, this set consists of all the new songs for each character and at “performance” length, which is about 2 mins, not the full versions which is reserved for Masterpiece and Masterwork Soundtracks. Masterbox II is the Xbox360 version as opposed to the arcade version of Masterbox I, thus it has all the songs for Miki since she hasn’t appeared on the arcade version.
Here’s some photos I hastily took :3
That figure is Miki from THE iDOLM@STER Limited Edition pack in my previous post.
It has 3 cases, 2 of which contain the music, the other being a DVD of the 16 songs done by the girls but on a rehearsal stage and them in workout clothes, which is ok I guess :3
The problem about this was how long it took to arrive, it was released on the 4th April, but only just arrived, Play-Asia said there was a problem with the supplier to I guess it can’t be helped =/

the more i hate you
you very know i can’t play right now >_
lol, sorry~
you said it yourself, you’ll prolly get a 360 anyway~ >_<
The IdolMaster girls are so cute. Haruka is my fave – just love watching her every week in Xenoglossia.
Haruka is cute~ ^^
Yayoi is my fav tho, but the anime screwed all over the character designs from the game =/
what kind of game is idolmaster anyway, singing game ?
How should I put it..
It’s a game where you, as a producer, have a limited amount of time to train and promote your chosen candidate to be the next famous music idol.
Parts of the game include rhthym-type games, others are memorising lyrics, and other such mini-games, the main auditions require you to appeal to the judges with a corresponding button to each category of Voice, Vocal and Visual, you have to balance and juggle it to get the best points against other competiting idols. If you do make it, you get the TV Performance, which increases your fanbase, which is good :3
In a way, its alot like any normal visual novel game except they added elements into the game where its not just pure plot, such as auditions, and skills improvement. You could find out alot from just youtubing videos and/or looking at gamefaq.
My fav char is Hoshii Miki, her voice somehow just draws me towards her, I watched alot of videos of her story on youtube. I think the story was well written, if I had a japanese xbox360 and the game, I would play it (learning how to read japanese, since unable to do so at the moment). Overall a great game !
